Antique Pina Linen Handbag
Details: Exquisite ! Pina linen is made in the Philippines from fibers of pineapple leaves. A tremendous amount of work goes into creating the linen. The end result is a beautiful, very light yellow, feather light and sheer cloth with a smooth silky texture. This handbag appears never used and has taken on that slightly aged patina. It is exquisitely and expertly hand embroidered in a floral pattern with drawnwork details and has a braided pina linen side loop. The purse measures 7 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Interior is white satin with one pocket. Stored for decades in well-preserved antique condition. Simply gorgeous !
