This auction is for a Vintage Brighton Equestrian Style Leather Shoulder Bag Hobo Purse
This
BRIGHTON
bag is very well made with a quality Black pebbled leather and is trimmed
with Brown Croc embossed leather.
The front
of the bag is detailed with a large Silver tone decorative Horsebit.   It has a
single
5/8"
round braided leather shoulder
strap
that is attached to the bag with large Silver tone rope textured rings.  The strap has a
10.5
"
drop to the top edge of the bag
and the zipper-top closure.
The interior is completely lined with (see last pic) a Brown, Tan and Gold
BRIGHTON
print cotton canvas
fabric.
It has one
7"
zippered pocket
and
two open pouch pockets on the back wall.  Sewn to the left of the pocket is a leather strap
that has a spring clip on the end for an accessory pouch or your keys.
The front of the zippered
pocket has a leather
embossed tag
with the
BRIGHTON
creed (see pic #11) and the code
number
S
101-366
sewn to the front.
This beautiful
BRIGHTON
Shoulder bag measures large at approx.
10.5" tall, 15" wide at the top, 12" wide at the bottom and
6" deep.
It has a large roomy compartment
making it easy to carry everything you need.  It also has a Silver tone footed bottom.
This
BRIGHTON
bag is pre-owned but is in Very Good Gently used Vintage Condition!  It shows a minimal amount of normal but gentle
use to the interior lining but nothing bad.  It can be cleaned with a little soap and water.  Any spots or cloudy areas seen in the photos
are just reflections from the flash or nearby lights and are not on the purse.  All
of the
stitching is tight and the zippers
work well.
All of the Silver hardware is in nice shiny condition.  This is a Hard to Find
BRIGHTON
bag.
