DuBonnette made some high end beaded bags in the 40’s and early 50’s. They didn’t make many bags in different materials so the faux fur was a departure for them. But.....this bag is exquisite, made in the same fine quality as their other bags. The fur is very thick, soft, and luxurious, and in really great condition for a bag this age. The inside is black satin and there was a black satin coin purse inside. The bag is marked DuBonnette on the inside of the bag. The frame is gold tone, it has a kiss lock closure, and a multi chain link short handle. The bag measures 10” long and 9” wide. This is a wonderful vintage bag that would make a great addition to your collection.
