Vintage Beaded Clutch made in France

Vintage beaded clutch. Beautiful antique! There’s no label, just says, “handmade in France.” There are a few areas where beads are missing, or thread has come up. I got it from an antique shop myself, so i don’t know the source of one the stains and red areas.
