GORGEOUS vintage handmade tooled leather document case. This piece is a bit of a mystery. The leather appears to be buck skin, possibly tanned by the maker. The leather is very very thin and super soft and supple. The whole case is sewn together using leather strapping. The piece is tooled by hand as well. I date this piece to the 60s or 70s by the snap on the front. The piece is in good condition, but the leather is very thin and will not support much weight. There is a small spot on the side where the leather strapping has broken and the seam is slightly separated. This can be repaired. The case measures 14" wide x 10.5" tall x 2" deep. Truly a one of a kind piece!
