VINTAGE WICKER & LUCITE UNUSED PURSE FROM THE 1960s (I had a similar wicker purse in the 60’s!)
Features 2 Sea Shell Fish swimming toward a treasure chest. The underwater scene is covered by a heavy vinyl window. The “treasure” is small dyed shells and pearls. There is also a seahorse and starfish in the scene as well as other shells. Gold trim frames the scene.
THIS PURSE IS SUPER CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT AS IT WAS NEVER USED. IT HAS BEEN STORED IN A DUST FREE ENVIRONMENT.
The interior has 3 vinyl sections with the middle one being a zippered pocket. The zipper works smoothly. The purse rests on 4 gold metal legs. The woven part is a plasticized wicker. The legs do show some minor paint loss where the purse has rested all these years, but that is to be expected with something that is 60 years old.
