VTG Whiting & Davis Black Metal Pearl Mesh Gold Trim Evening Bag EUC
A beautiful circa 1940s Whiting and Davis black metal mesh evening bag in extraordinary, gently loved condition. The black mesh links are very slightly domed to resemble a pearl design. Offers a gold and enamel scalloped top with a tubular black mesh handle and closes with a kiss clasp. Opens to reveal black satin lining.
It marked inside the frame, “WHITING & DAVIS MESH”, “ MADE IN USA”, “2885”.
